You're Closer Than You Think

Hi friend,

Have you ever noticed how hard it is to see your own growth?

You can spot it so easily in other people.

A friend who speaks up for herself when seh never used to.

Someone who finally leaves a job that no longer fits.

A loved one who laughs a little more after a difficult season.

From the outside, the change seems obvious.

But when it's your own life, it rarely feels that way.

Because you're living it one ordinary day at a time.

Growth doesn't usually arrive with fireworks.

It looks like pausing before reacting.

Trusting your gut instead of asking everyone else what they think.

Choosing rest without apologizing.

Saying no without explaining.

Trying something new because you're curious.

Noticing a sunset you would've walked right past six months ago.

These moments can feel so small that we dismiss them.

But they're not small.

They're evidence.

Evidence that you're becoming someone who responds instead of reacts.

Someone who trusts herself a little more than she did before.

Someone who's creating a life that feels more honest, more peaceful, and more like her own.

So if you've been wondering whether you're making progress...

You probably are.

You're just too close to see it.

A gentle prompt

Before this month comes to an end, write down three ways you've grown recently.

Not accomplishments.

Not goals you've achieved.

Just the quiet changes that have happened within you.

The ones no one else may have noticed - but you have.

Before I go...

Thank you for spending a few moments of your week with me.

I hope these letters have reminded you to slow down, listen to yourself, and notice the life you're building one ordinary day at a time.

If you take nothing else with you this week, let it be this:

The person you're becoming is shaped by the small choices you make every day - not by a single perfect moment.

Until next Sunday,

Bex
